HOLISTIC SUPPORT FOR SEASONS OF
Transition & Vocational Discernment
Navigating uncertainty in your current role? Holding the complexity of major life decisions that affect not just “a job” but also your home location, relationships, church, and more?
We offer support through coaching, resources, and community.
THE MESSY MIDDLE
Major life transitions rarely announce themselves clearly.
Sometimes they arrive through sudden crisis. Sometimes through burnout, ongoing team conflict, struggling children, aging parents, miscarriage, vocational uncertainty, or the quiet realization that something can no longer continue as it has.
Maybe what once felt certain no longer does. Maybe you are discerning whether to stay, leave, rest, or rebuild.
You are carrying burnout, grief, or spiritual fatigue.
Your role has changed—or no longer fits who you are becoming.
The people around you care, but may hold expectations about what you should do.
You need an unhurried, neutral space to process and discern.
When the way forward feels unclear.
We know something of what that’s like.
“
In my own seasons of major transition, I experienced deep loneliness and uncertainty. The way forward often felt hidden beneath emotional flooding, sleepless nights, and the paralysis that comes from feeling stuck.
Left alone with my own thoughts, the confusion only intensified.
Over time, I began to recognize that healing and discernment required more than simply “thinking harder.” I needed to engage my whole self — body, mind, spirit, creativity, and community.
When your calling, work, ministry, or life is shifting, you don’t have to navigate this complex season alone.
Our goal isn’t to tell you what to do; it’s to help you listen well and find clarity.
The Way Between comes alongside people in seasons of transition with curiosity, care, spiritual attentiveness, and practical wisdom shaped by lived experience.
Through coaching, whole-brain reflection, creativity, movement, and contemplative practices, we help your mind, body, heart, and spirit take part in discernment.

Our coaches have various licenses and certifications in coaching (ICF), spiritual direction, therapeutic work, leadership, and cross-cultural ministry experience.
It’s time to move toward clarity, alignment, and calling. But first, we must prepare for what is next.
Will you allow us the privilege of accompanying you on your sacred journey through The Way Between?
Historically, temples and places of worship have been designed with the architectural concept of a transition in mind–the in-between that connects two separate spaces. One of the most important functions of transition space is to invite others to linger and anticipate before entering a new, grander space. This is often accomplished in architecture with a long hallway or a magnificent entrance.
One who enters a holy space, having gone through a transition space to get there, has been given this sacred gift of preparation to encounter the Holy One. There is an invitation to intentionally prepare one’s head and heart for this encounter.
Similarly, the transition spaces of life invite a pause of preparation in body, soul, and spirit.
