    Sara Simons

    Founder, CEO, Coach

Sara desires to take the chaos out of transition and be on the bridge of the way between with ministry and non-profit leaders in the transition and sabbatical seasons. She is a creative catalyst, innovative thinker, and strategic connector as CEO, coach, consultant, and resource developer.

Sara is no stranger to transition, having moved more than 30 times in her life. Her experience through several hard transitions and foreign moves gives her a unique capacity for understanding first-hand the complexities of decision-making involved with transition. Utilizing whole-brain engagement while strategically planning is her unique contribution to transition resilience, sabbatical support, and vocational discernment work. Doing this in nature, using art, or while traveling is a bonus!

She continues to create and innovate with multi-modal approaches to navigating major life transitions, including the creation of The Art of Transition Workbook & textbook (coming soon).

Sara holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Intercultural Studies and ICF coaching credentials. Sara has served for over 22 years in full-time ministry and non-profit work, and in cross-cultural settings, including England and Spain for 10 of those years.

    Jeff Simons

    Partner, COO, Coach, Missiologist

Jeff is a missiologist at his core. He works out this passion as a trained leadership coach, writer, speaker, and cross-cultural companion to global leaders in major transition to, within, and from the field. His unique wiring plays out as a resource developer, strategic innovator, and a restorative artist—by empowering the journeys of workers forward through redemptive new expressions.

He “hammers” out his passion through the artistic spiritual disciplines of up-cycled wood working and literary wordsmithing. He’s a contemplative, ascetic, pilgrim, egalitarian, and strategist for Kingdom growth.

Jeff holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Intercultural Studies & Leadership Development, and ICF coaching credentials. He has served for over 22 years in full-time ministry and non-profit work, and in cross-cultural settings, including Korea and Spain for 10 of those years.

His relocation to Colorado with the family during the global pandemic has only increased his compassion for working with nonprofit leaders in complex transitions. You can find him adventuring and exploring the trails of Colorado or on pilgrimage paths around the globe!

    Hans Anderson

    Spiritual Director & Pilgrimage Guide

I currently serve as a Spiritual Director and Camino Guide. For much of my adult life, I’ve worked in ministry, discipleship, and caring for people across cultures. I currently serve in southern Spain with European Christian Mission and Diez42, a ministry center in downtown Málaga serving families through food distribution, language training, Bible studies, community gatherings, soccer clubs, and other support ministries. I’ve lived in Spain for fifteen years now, after spending over a year in Mexico City and three years in Japan. Living cross-culturally, learning to be a guest, and constantly navigating transition have shaped me deeply.

Outside of ministry, I’m drawn to mountains, adventure, and practices that help me slow down and reconnect with my soul. I enjoy climbing, taking night hikes during the full moon, and spending time outdoors. I have two kids who have recently left home for university and mission work across the globe.

Heidi holds a BA in Digital Media and is trained in Narrative Focused Trauma Care, Level II, at the Allender Center. She aspires to earn her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the near future.

Heidi likes to eat tacos, longboard, hike, laugh, and keep it real.
