    Sara Simons

Founder, Coach, Cohort Facilitator, & Resource Developer

Sara takes the chaos out of transition! Her desire is to be on the bridge of the way between with people in transition spaces, helping them make good decisions to thrive on the other side. She is a creative catalyst, innovative thinker, and strategic connector as a coach, trainer, consultant, and resource developer.

Sara is no stranger to transition, having moved more than 30 times in her life. Her experience through several hard transitions and foreign moves gives her a unique capacity to understand firsthand the complexities of decision-making involved with transition.

Utilizing whole-brain engagement in strategic planning is her unique contribution to life planning and leadership development work. Doing this in nature, using art or while traveling is a bonus!

She has been creating and experimenting with multi-modal approaches to navigating major life transitions, including creating The Art of Transition Workbook & book (coming soon). She has worked as a cross-cultural transition coach with people in more than 80 different non-profit organizations over the last two decades.

Sara holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Intercultural Studies & an ACC with the ICF. She has served for over 18 years in full-time non-profit work, and in a cross-cultural setting (England and Spain) for 10 of those years.

    Jeff Simons

    Partner, Coach, Cohort Facilitator

Jeff is a missiologist at core. He works out this passion as a trained leadership coach, and a cross-cultural companion to global leaders in major transition to, within, and from the field.

His unique wiring plays out as a Resourcing Developer—of people, tools for global workers, and literature; Imaginative Innovator—of forward-thinking missiological structures and ministry strategy; and as a Restorative Artist—by empowering the journeys of workers forward through redemptive new expression, and in literal ways as an artist.

He “hammers” out his passion through the artistic spiritual disciplines of up-cycled wood working, clay sculpture, and literary wordsmithing. He’s a contemplative, ascetic, naturalist, egalitarian and postmodern strategist for Kingdom influence.

Jeff holds a BA in Psychology and Christian Education, an MA in Intercultural Studies (Leadership and Contextualization), and is a professionally trained coach. He has served over 20 years in full-time non-profit organizations, and in a cross-cultural setting (Spain, Bolivia, S. Korea, and other Asian contexts) for over 10 years.

    Dale Pierce

    Sabbatical Coach, Pastor

Having served the church as a worship pastor and lead pastor for over 33 years, I love coming alongside leaders to listen and support them through the various seasons of joy and challenge that come - often at the same time! I enjoy encouraging and equipping people to take their next step toward wholeness and flourishing. I have been married to Jen for 34 years and have 3 incredible children and 12 energetic grandchildren. I currently serve TWB in sabbatical coaching, having experienced the gift and shaping of two sabbaticals later in ministry AND ministry/life burnout in my first 15 years that a sabbatical might have prevented. I enjoy reading in multiple genres (scifi/fantasy for fun!) and driving my 4x4 up the sides of mountains" throughout Colorado. :)
